This is the very dark and spooky cover story called Dark Aurora for Ballad Of Magazine that I assisted the super talented photographer Paulina Otylie Surys with about a month ago. Paulina shoots a lot black & white with old school film cameras (even those ones that you put your head under a black cloth to see through the view finder) then hand tints the images herself. We shot on location at the very lux Beach Blanket Babylon in Notting Hill and had a stellar team of stylists, makeup & hair artists and set designers.  The wigs were ridiculous cool and the set design added to the macabre mood.    I'm so happy to see the amazing outcome!

Hey, check it out! Another Burger & Fries necklace has made it into a fashion editorial, this time on The Ones2Watch website. I'm so psyched to finally see the finished images from this hand-tinted shoot from crazy talented fashion photographer Paulina Surys and styled by Sarah Michelle from Ligature Magazine.

I was lucky enough to be one of the (four!) assistant stylists on the shoot which was on a cold and dreary day back in May. I brought along a few of our handmade accessories including the black & white embroidered piece in this picture. The pastel harness and rose collar, both made in pastel leather, are by Naza Yuzefi, a very talented designer who's pieces have been worn by Rhianna and in editorials from i-D and Russian Vogue.
